NOVACEL blast chillers

reduce quickly the temperature
of the products (less than 2 hours to reduce the temperature form +
65 °C to + 10°C). The
blast-freezing treatments, due to its rapidity, stops the bacterial
proliferation.
The shock-freezing
phase (temperature - 18°C on the hearth of the product in), allows
the preservation of foods for a long period of time, granting the
conservation of the hygienic, nutritional and tasting quality.
