AUTOMATIC  RETARDER  PROOFERS    series NF - E

NOVACEL introduces the new family of programmable and automatic retarder-proofers of the series  NOVACEL NF - E.

Combining  reliability and high performance of the NOVACEL technology, with the economic structure and simple functions, are especially designed for the small bakeries  requesting simple equipments, affordable and with a low investment cost.

The working cycle is electronically controlled and performed in the temperature working range  form  – 5 °C up to + 40 °C in order to grant  the automatic leavening of the bakery product.

The electronic display visualizes the working parameters (time and temperature), while  and the internal hygrometer controls the process humidity.

It’s possible to program (and memorise) up to 50 different working cycles.
